Shipping
Med Jewelers Inc currently services the United States only. All of our products are custom made and do require a minimum of 2-3 business days to be available for shipping. If you choose our custom items (engraving or custom length), your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date. Please keep in mind that shipping time does not represent your actual delivery date. This depends on the shipping method you have chosen (ground, overnight, etc.).

Return Policy
All returnable items must be received within 30 days from date of purchase with a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by emailing us at info@medjewelers.com. Please include the Order Number and reason for the return. All returnable items must be returned with original packaging in the original condition. Return merchandise will be credit less the shipping charge once we receive the item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
*Customized items with engraving, custom made length of bracelets or chains and final sales items cannot be returned unless it is due to an error by us.
